The issue could be that the owners are based in the US and they have not seen the effect it has had on UK guests not being able to travel because the domestic market in the US is booming at the moment with so much pent up demand, US owners work a lot differently than UK owners as to moving bookings or pushing back balance due dates.

I personally have moved balance due dates back or moved bookings to new dates, but moving dates is now becoming more difficult as I have moved so many bookings in to 2022 and 2023, I will do all I can to accommodate guests that have already have a booking in place.

Fingers crossed this nightmare is over soon and we can all go back to our happy place.

I feel it for all those villa owners on here that haven’t been able to keep hold of their “homes” and those like yourself who must miss “home” so much
