Cabana Bay or Villa or both

Hi All
I'm at the start of planning a new style trip. (Kids with their boyfriends and 11 & 13 year olds.

I had thought a villa for 9 nights and Disney for 5 nights but now I'm doubting myself and thinking maybe Cabana Bay for all the 9 nights before Disney or maybe split the villa with cabana Bay.
The reason I'm over thinking this is that the older ones (24, 19 year olds) could just go off when they want and go for food on their own if wanted to and didn't have to do what we want to but would the villa be better for my space and own pool?

Villas are not for us but there’s only 3 of us. So I’m probably not going to give you the most balanced of answers.

Have you looked at the family suites at Cabana Bay? We are planning to book one so that ds(14) has a little of his own space at times.

I think on-site would be great and give you the ability to all do your own things. You’d have the parks, citywalk, the bowling, golf, cinema, pool hopping, other hotels to eat at etc.
