What a nightmare for you and your daughter especially when she was so far away but at least she was treated so well by the staff at the camp and now she is home you can fight her battle together. Also glad to hear that VIrgin provided excellent customer service for her journey home.

So nice to hear how Virgin responded to your phone call and for all the help Isabel got on her flight home to make her more comfortable.

Virgin were amazing with us when we were going through the worst time of our lives and had to cancel our holiday only a week before we were due to fly.
