Mobile Target not accepting FairFX?

Just been in the Target at Rolling Oaks and been told by the cashier that Target don’t accept FairFX cards at all? I had a different card thankfully but has anyone ever had this happen to them? I thought FairFX were accepted anywhere there is a MasterCard symbol?

Hope this might help someone in the future.

Fair Fx blocked Target a while ago due to 'security concerns'

Thanks for that info I wasn’t aware of that... are there any other shops that don’t accept it? It is the card we mainly use everywhere?

Just Target, it's been in place about 2 or 3 years now with no sign of resolution.

As someone said, it's the other way round.

Fairfx don't let you use their cards in Target. The security breaches of a couple of years ago were horrendous and Target knew they were vulnerable and have been dragging their feet since about sorting the mess out.

I would only use cash in Target
