Anyone used them?

I have seen them mentioned on this forum, but no detail. The prices for universal hotels on their site are coming out way lower than any other site I have tried, sounds too good to be true, and when something sounds too good to be true it normally is.

Yes we used them this summer, for our 12 night stay at Cabana Bay, they were coming out much cheaper than other companies we looked a, no problems at all.
Booked a poolside suite and that's what we got.
Wouldn't hesitate using them again if price was right.

We used them for our tailor made Vegas & Mexico holiday. Everything went fine and they responded to any emailed enquiries promptly.

These are my thoughts exactly. I've been knocking around on here for a while now, and always very interested in a good price. I've only seen them mentioned in the last week or so.
