Thank you all so much. To be at a point last weekend that I cried solidly from Thursday to Monday, didn’t eat Thursday - Monday night and hardly slept. I’m very pleased that I have slept properly this weekend, eaten properly including a lovely meal out, walked the dog twice (he lives with my parents... I didn’t neglect him last weekend! ) and I managed to speak to manager one about the way they spoke to me.

Then absolutely smashed the hardest interview of my life for a job I am really excited about! What a change in a week!

I am so glad I managed to stop myself from being taken over by stress and anxiety forbtoo long this time. It’s so so difficult. I do believe everything happens for a reason, but it’s so horrendous at the time you feel like there’s no way out.
