Changed hotel on my Disney stay and FP are going to be cancelled!?

I called Disney UK yestertday to change my Disney stay from Pop at AKL.

The only way they could do this was to cancel the POP booking and create a new booking for AKL

The POP booking has disappeared from MDE; cannot link the AKL booking yet.

Email received this morning saying my FP will be cancelled tomorrow as I don't have a reservation anymore

I specifically asked if this would happen when i spoke to them yesterday

Have emailed customer services but concerned they wont get back to me in time

Any ideas?!?!

I would phone them rather than waiting for an email response when it�s time sensitive.

I would also phone them but in the meantime screenshot all your fastpasses in case you need them to reinstate them.
