Housekeeping giftcard

Hi, here now and opted out of housekeeping last night when checking in. I haven’t received the email yet though. How long can that take? Should I be popping in to reception this morning? Also, she said $130 but we’re staying 15 nights so surely it should be $140?

Ours arrived about an hour after we checked in. I’d ask at reception about it and yes you should be getting $140 for 15nights which I’m sure they’ll sort for you at reception too.

Yes it should be $140. We weren't asked at check in and I forgot to ask (it was something to 1 in the morning and we'd been on the go for 24 hours). I called in the morning from the room and received the email later that morning. I did feel guilty when I returned to the room and it had been cleaned that day anyway, the cleaner had drawn DD a picture. We obviously hadn't left any mousekeeping money as we weren't expecting it.

Hopefully you are sorted now. I had an additional 3 day stay at the end of my holiday and that gift card failed to arrive, I just went back to Reception who confirmed it had not been sent, so they sent it again .

Got the same CM who gave me an email address that it had been sent to that I didn’t recognise. I have no idea where the email address came from. I also pointed out that it should have been $140. She’s resent it so we’ll see. Told me to give it 6 hours.
