Villa allocation on arrival question

Hi Everyone

If you book a villa via the likes of virgin or net flights for instance allocated on arrival does it include pool heating as I see no where to add it on the bookings?

No it doesn't.

We waited and added it when we arrived. This meant that the heating was not on pre-arrival and took 2 days to heat the pool fully. If we had arrived on the Friday after 5 the heat would not have been started til Monday morning (so the pool would not have been fully hot til Wed pm...)

However, we did find out that we could have rung Virgin holidays and asked them to add pool heating - it would have been on for our arrival though would have cost much more than being arranged with the management company...

But depending on when your going I suppose.
We went in June. Didn�t have pool heating and didn�t need it. I would get it in winter months tho
