People that have done this event, what time would you recommend we go pls ?

Depends what you want to do? If looking for character meets then 4pm (earliest with event tickets) at the latest as some start queuing and possibly even out at that time.
If you have park tickets then a little earlier maybe

We are not looking for character meets, just soaking up the atmosphere and some rides in general. I was thinking 6pm just wondered if that’s too late.

We got a few fast passes 4-6 then just doing some rides nd treats, the ques for characters are a joke, but also got vip passes for the parade, rides we’re going from 630 at least last Tuesday but the pirates ride with actors don’t start till 7

MNSSHP is our only MK fix so we will be there in time to go into the park at 4pm to get the most out of our trip. Hopefully will book FP for before 7pm as DD would like to meet Mickey but apart from that will not be queuing up for any length of time to see characters and will concentrate on rides, parade and fireworks.

We will have our main meal early before we head to the parks and just pick up a few snacks while we are there (along with trick and treat candy).

The party starts at 7pm so no not too late.

TBH I don't see why you wouldn't go in at 4, by 6 queues for your party bands & bags will be increasing, we normally go in do a couple of rides then get some food. Don't think we'll be doing any character meets, on the first night the queue for the 7 dwarves was basically at 90 mins from about 4:30! & bearing in mind that the queue doesn't "open" until the party starts at 7, way too much party time queuing!

If you can, get there at 4pm. We had park tickets too and started our day at 2pm, and stayed until it closed. We had a relaxed morning to prepare for the late night.
We also don’t do characters, but found the parks much quieter after 3/4pm and ride times smaller.

We went on Saturday and got there at 4, the hours flew by! We did most things we wanted to do but we were rushing about to cram it all in!
