You only have the luggage going to and from the airport, so just a squeeze for a little while.
A 7 seater van will it your needs, you do not need a 12 seater. One of th middle two seats will normally fold into the floor, leaving a big space for loading cases as well as the small boot that will take 3 cases. Last time I had a van with 6 people, it was 3 in back (a little tight, but fine, 1 in middle and 2 in the front. We had 6 large cases and 6 hand luggage plus pushchair and travel cot. ON return we had added another 3 x 32inch roller bags. The middle space, with the seat down is a hugh area for cases. So sounds like you would have no problems with a 7 seater. The larger SUV with the extended boot (Yukon XL or surburbition) also have a large boot when seating 7, but I'd go for the van, with 2 2 2 for a normal type journey. |
