Clearwater - what’s the shopping like ?

I want to visit Clearwater in Nov and just wondering if I should be planning some time for shopping ?

Are there any malls or outlets in that area or en-route that are worth going to, are different from or better than those I go to in the Orlando area ?

Thanks

Countryside mall is almost an identical copy of many other US malls.

I can’t imagine it’s better or different to any others you’ve been to in Florida; it probably caters more to the budget conscious purse, ie, Sears, JC Penney’s etc & Gap & Banana pulled out a few years ago.

If not in Countryside mall itself, many other chain stores are within the near locale on or just off route 19 too.

Not worth making time to shop at Clearwater if you’re only there for a day IMO.

En-route to Clearwater, you’ll pass International Plaza at Tampa; a mix of price point stores with some you’ll find at Florida Mall & some that are of the ilk you’ll find at Mall of Millenia.

Must be honest. I find the shopping better around Orlando.
Enjoy your time at the beach, in fact get yourself down to the Opal sands Sand bar for a cocktail... they are amazing🍸

I like a wander around the quirky shops but I wouldn't say its anything like the shopping you'd get in Orlando. My Daughter loves Surf Style, its a bit Ron Jons like but it has some homey bits and decor. The best surf style is next to the Hyatt Hotel, it has a flowrider in there too which is funny to watch

We didn't do any shopping in Clearwater apart from son who was desperate to visit the Hulk Hogan shop, we did have a wander up and down the main street but it was so hot, so we headed back to the beach for a while, ate lunch, people watched then went on little toot, had an ice cream and watched the boats, wandered around Pier 60
