Extra charge from Avis?

This could be a Moving Violation charge. ( not coming to a complete stop at a turn right on red, going through a red etc.
My son got one and it was $158 plus a $15 admin charge. This was with Alamo. I would expect the same or similar from Avis.
If it is that you can ask for proof and they will send you a link to the actual photo and it’s date timed and stamped and location.
My son stopped slightly in front of line, so it was a fair cop.
