Universal hotels no availability on hotels.com

I'm hoping it's a glitch because my dates were there yesterday afternoon but not today.

Expedia yesterday was also showing as no availability for Cabana bay for the dates I needdd.

I rang Tesco today who were not much help! She said they were still a partner and there mustn't have been availability for my dates, I did say that when I checked at the weekend there were loads of dates for different hotels but she fobbed me off. Rang hotels.com and he said Universal hadn't loaded that far ahead yet?, I'm not sure what to do really now, we don't need hotel until next August but seems a waste saving the points if I can't use them.

That’s rubbish what hotels.com. have told you. I booked HRH with tesco clubcard vouchers for next August (21st) just last Thursday so they had those dates available last week.

I agree, I checked a couple of months ago and there were dates for August 2020 then, I might email Tesco at the weekend. I was on my lunch when I rang and only had limited time.

Same again - we only booked with them on Sunday (also using clubcard vouchers) and they had full availability for August 2020.

I have also booked portifino for 9 nights next August with hotels.com have actually changed booking twice as price became cheaper with no probs. I am glad i did now. Hopefully just temporary glitch for everyone truing to book.
