Charter/Alamo

We have booked a package with charter tavel and leave next month but havent recived the alamo barcode thing

do we get that when you book a package or is it just car only?

You need to log onto Alamo’s web site with your booking ref & do skip the counter - you will then receive a barcode

You need to get the Alamo reference number from Charter which will be ten digits - a couple of month's ago it was 140xxxxxxx.

Complete this on line check-in form asking details of your D/L and flight. Somewhere will be a button that says "print OLCI" or similar and you'll get the bar code. That's what you need at the barrier along with D/L and CC or a compliant DC.

OLCI allows you to STC. STC is not another process. Alamo are not at all interested in how you paid Charter or any other third party. The card they swipe at the barrier is all that matters.

I go around the same time as you , I have completed mine. in the Charter pack paperwork there is an Alamo voucher, with a reference on it . Use that on the link above .
Its all pretty straight forward
