Are there any Track and Field centres with throwing cages anywhere in Orlando or nearby, which we can use?
Daughter(13) loves to throw Discus and is hoping to do so whilst out there(shes obsessed)

ESPN work of Sports on the Disney resort has track and field facilities. It's where the Invictus Games were held.

It's not open on a daily basis though, only for events. The general public can't participate.

There are several YMCA's with outdoor facilities, I think Dr Phillips has them and have passed a sports field when we walk the Cady Way trail, which probably comes under the jurisdiction of Winter Park.
