AKV or WLV-Boulder Ridge?

Hi folks,

Looking for opinions please, 2 weeks at AKV-Kidani or 2 weeks at Boulder Ridge ? Up until last night it was 100% WLV but after watching an episode of Dis-unplugged & how much they rave about AKV & AKL in general it's got us both thinking. Now don't get me wrong had AKV been a bit more "on" property we would have already stayed there! WLV we have done but felt that a 7 night stay wasn't enough & barely saw the resort.
My last quest for opinions is Club Level, is it worth the additional point cost ?

Many thanks SD

Why not a split stay?

On club level unless AKV is your home resort I believe it is impossible to get. Personally I can't see the point anyway as you can't guarantee a savannah view and no way would I have to spend that level of points for a car park or similar view.

Thanks vhm, it's already going to be a split stay with 14 nights at either AKV/WLV then 17 nights at SSR. I think we have ruled out Club after finding some good forum reviews, it look like it's great if you are spending a lot of time in Resort.

I'm probably in the minority but AKL does nothing for me.
WL and SSR if I was in your shoes.

we stayed at AKV last trip, a lovely resort, but having a chat to the wife last night about what resort for next year and she said " OKW " we love OKW, but i was suprised when she said she would rush back to AKV

so we might try for as many days as we can at VGF or Poly

Thanks Folks, I think it's more the "thought" of a Savannah room but the distance on property has always put us off. The last few trips we haven't bothered with a car, used taxis or lynx if we have needed to go any distance & generally Shanks' pony everywhere else.
As far as points we have 175 but are pooling 3 years worth for the big holiday & with SSR standard a deluxe is only just over 80 points/week it makes it possible. Would love the bungalows at Copper Creek but 3 years worth for a 1 night stay
