what time does the booking window opening?

we just booked for Christmas (arriving at Disney on 27th December). I want to try and get a few nights at Copper Creek. what time does the booking window open each day? is it 9am? (2pm here) or earlier? am I better to phone or do online? Lots of question I normally just wing it and happily stay in SSR for the majority of our stay (our home resort) but really want to try the new resort!

Online booking opens 8am Eastern time so 1pm here, online gets an hour head start.

If you have already booked SSR and wish to switch, then Google 'Dvc 2 browser trick' so you can book new one without having to cancel old one first (you do cancel it but bag the new one before you cancel the old one). You will be lucky to get CC at that time of year, particularly a studio 7 months out, so you'll defiantly need that 1 hour head start. Good luck.
