Ringing Member services from DVC room

We will get to our room at the BWV late afternoon on the 26th, the day I have read that Copper Creek goes live to book for non owners .
Fancy changing the last few nighs of our November booking
Can't remember if we can ring directly from our room

That's what I do, ring the front desk and get them to transfer me.
The DVC button on the phone is the sales centre at SSR so that's no good.

I made the mistake once of pressing the DVC button. They were very pleasant and asked did I want more Points!

I only ring them once a year whilst out there and that is when we are there in the Summer. I have to renew my Sons Annual Pass for the Autumn trip to get FP's done.

More points would be lovely but out of the question until DD has finished Uni. Better not press the DVC button then !
