Ashford or ebbsfleet
I think it would take us a similar amount of time to get to either of these stations. Is there any particular reason to go from one over the other?

I can only comment on Ebbsfleet but it was very easy. Loads of parking. Stress free
Ashford would be a slightly shorter journey as it's closer to France. |

They are very similar really. Both have lots of parking and are easily accessible. If you're a similar distance from both I would go from Ashford as the journey time is about 20 minutes shorter, unless the time and price from Ebbsfleet is better.

Thank you.
The bookings aren't open yet as looking for early next year, will see if one options come out cheaper than the other. |

The price is the same from all the stations. I've been from Ebbsfleet a couple of times now and it's so easy, much better than when we used to go from St Pancras

We always go from Ashford as it's closer to home for us and less time on the train, it's a bit of a tradition for us now to go from there so we're resisting going from Ebsfleet until they stop running the services from Ashford (they've been cutting back on the off-season trains from Ashford over the past couple of years).

I always stay over the night before at Ashford. A couple of miles from the station there is a leisure park. It has various restaurants, cinema and even a Sainsbury's over the road. You can even leave your car at the hotel and catch a taxi the next morning. Great for me as I save on parking and can also have a drink the night before.
Take a look at this video I made of the entire site... |
