Yes, as long as you've preloaded with enough balance. There is no need to convert this to $'s if you go with the live rate.

I did one of the kids ESTA's yesterday. I had a sterling credit balance so the conversion to $'s was a live rate. It worked out at £1 = $1.3009 or £10.77 for the $14 ESTA.

It was rejected initially as I'd had e-commerce transactions disabled in my security settings. I instantly got a message on my phone telling me that, so disable this and re-entered the card details. ETSA now purchased and confirmed.

Well I checked yesterday and was still 6000 and something​ in the queue, checked again this morning to gauge how many per day I was moving and my card is ready. I do have to top it up before they send it out but don't be put off by a deceptively long queue
