Hmmmm...wonder if this sudden change is anything to do with the fact that Americans are now having to travel with passports ... call me cynical if you like, but I couldn't see them being happy at having to get up for that early morning appointment !

Great news re immigration. After feeling very relaxed during the cruise getting up for 6.00am was a bit of a downer on the last day.
