Great advice from the poster below you - definetely possible and not expensive at all, I think September/October are the two cheapest months for cruising in the Bahamas/Caribbean - Strangely!

I'd love to try a cruise, espcially after your great cruise TR's but im worried about getting sea sick
I think you'd be fine. It was my parents first cruise and they are just being silly. We had tiny tiny tiny motion , hardly noticeable by me but some people did. They give free sickness tablets anyway.

I wondered how much motion you could actually feel on them, they are big ships after all i felt sick non stop on a ferry over to Ireland and any other small boat trips i've been on while on holiday
I'd love to do a 7 Eastern carribean one, but i think i should start of small and maybe try 3 nights *just incase* around the Bahamas would be lovely, seeing the Atlantis in the back of your pic made me want to go back there

Wonder if i'd turn into a cruise addict like you have

Hi Ste, maybe thinking of booking one of these cruises just a quick question,
Do you have to take formal clothes to eat in whichever restaurant or can you dine anywhere in any clothes, not ones for dressing up? Hope that makes sense

Hey. We didn't take any at all - I didn't take one long pair of pants with me - Just all shorts. We didn't use the dining room though. You would have to wear at least long trousers for that ( for the men and just dressy clothes for the women) - we used the Windjammer every day /night. Only clothes rule is , no swim wear and No vests & hats for tea/dinner. Lunch is fine for vests and hats.

You can be as formal or as casual as you want

Thanks for the Trippy Ste, it made me track down your earlier Liberty one which was awesome. We are booked on the Independence of the Seas 14-night Trans-Atlantic next April.

Just a few random pictures from my Underwater digital camera.

Looking over at NCL's private Bahamian island. Great stirrup cay - With the NCL Sky tendered.

One of just a few fish I managed to get on camera!

Giant shells everywhere with crabs in.

Comparison with my Dad's hand.

I loved Coco Cay and would do anything to go there again

Fab report Ste - think you loved it more than the last one by the sounds of things! We opted for NCL this year and went to Alaska - would do RCCL again though before NCL although I guess it depends on the ship...

Thanks for the photos and for sharing - looked FABULOUS
