Booking hotels in Miami and the Keys

Hi looking for some advice, can anyone recommend a company to book hotels for Miami and the Keys without paying upfront and any hotel recommendations.

Thank you we are flying into Miami and thought we would have a day or so there then the keys before driving up to Orlando.

We stayed at the conch house in key west. We booked direct and I am sure we paid on arrival.

Have you tried Booking.com have used them myself to book hotels on the spot with my mobile.
Booked a Hotel in clearwater literally 5 minutes before we arrived,walked into hotel and all was booked and we got a free upgrade.
Also used the app to book Hilton Marco Island/ Hilton Miami Airport and many more with no problems

We stayed at the Orchid Key Inn in Key West and booked direct with hotel.
