Question Wedding To Do List

Hi Dibbers,

I'm getting married on 1st March 2014 and having a Disneymoon

We got engaged on a carriage ride around POR back in 2011 and have been planning ever since. It seemed like we had so long to wait and as our day grows closer, I'm trying to make sure we're on top of it as much as possible.

I feel as though we're quite ahead but it just takes one person to comment and it sends me into wild panic about things I may have forgotten

What I'm hoping is that my trusty fellow Dibbers can help me compile a list of all the obvious and not so obvious things to organise for the wedding

Here's what I've done so far:-

Venue - ceremony/reception including food
Given notice of marriage
Photographer
Videographer
Wedding Dress
Groomsmen suits
Rings
Invites (in progress)
Hairdresser booked
Honeymoon booked
Cake
DJ
Music - walking down the aisle, signing register, exit
Favours (need to buy scratch cards nearer the time)
Make up booked
Flowers booked
Table decorations

Need to do:-
Guest list
Shoes for bride and groom
Bridesmaids dresses/shoes
Write our vows
Pick 2 readings
Complete ESTA (can't do till new passport arrives)
Jewellery
Veil (will choose in shop when I pick up dress)

Any help will be VERY much appreciated

Bloming heck you are doing a great job and very well organised, I get married in a few weeks and only just got around to doing some of your done items,

You seem to have it all covered, We are having a UK wedding with slight Disney theme then a Disneymoon,

You can change over the year, We got engaged last summer and I had decided on flowers but then when I have to come to make final arrangements my tastes have changed. Read lots of the little wedding mags you can buy, people have some lovely advice and ideas in them, Visit wedding fayres and get ideas from those,

Happy Planning, xx

Thank you. That makes me feel loads better. We're also having a slight Disney theme. Can I ask how you're naming your tables? I wanted Disney couples but I don't know if its too much.

Ye we were going to do Disney Couples but we thought it may get a little bit much, so we have still stuck to the Disney Theme but done Disney Classic Movies, like, Fantasia, Peter Pan, Snow White etc. We are having a biscuit using the mickey head cookie cutter as our favours,
