Clearwater and st Pete's beach hotel recommendations needed

Any recomendations for hotels would be greatly appreciated as we are going round in circles. Planning 4 nights at the end of October. Thank you x

I'm looking too for about the same time! We have been recommended the Sandpearl and the Hyatt at Clearwater. There are too many to choose from though

We've stayed at the Hilton and the Quality Hotel on the Beach at Clearwater. The Hilton was lovely as was the QI but there was nowhere indoors to sit except your room there, which was a real pain when a storm rolled in one afternoon.
We've also stayed at the Sirata Beach at St.Petes, which was also very nice but we did have one of their massive suites there so don't know what the standard rooms are like

For us, it's the Guy Harvey Outpost on St Pete Beach every time. We've been lucky enough to be upgraded to a Gulf front suite on every visit. The staff are so friendly, there is a free cocktail hour every night, and it's right on the beach. You can use all the facilities of its sister hotel, the Island Grand, which is just down the beach, and much busier. The beach itself is lovely, there are several fab restaurants you can walk to, and I can't wait to go back! Monarch usually offer the best prices, and don't forget Quidco for cashback.

Holiday Inn Clearwater .
We were there three night at beginning of January , & had a gulf view suite & was lovely.

Another vote for the Holiday Inn, we won't stay anywhere else now.

We also stayed at the Holiday Inn (after checking in and straight out of a Clarion Inn that we booked ahead). We were also in a gulf view room.

Hotel has a lovely pool with deck looking out to sea. No beach access but 5 mins walk get you to the beach.

You also tend to get good deals with Holiday Inn the further ahead you book (and not pay the rate we did walking in off the street )

Plaza Beach Hotel - Beachfront Resort, St Pete's Beach staying here again for a couple of nights. Family run, motel style accommodation. 20 yrds and your on the white sugary sand of St Petes Beach. Cant wait.
