Where is TUI sending us?

Yes I've driven past that one, just off Formosa before you get to TGI Fridays.

Make sure you have the number for the lock box in case you are late and the office is shut.

There will be an envelope in there with your name on and directions to your villa. Plus access codes and keys etc

Thanks, but where do I get the code
I’m hoping TUI will at Sanford, but there’s no info on my booking

I haven't done a tui package so I suggest you ask another question on here about tui key pick ups.

I don't think you'll have a problem but it always pays to be prepared in case something goes awry.

I suspect you will get an envelope at the airport as they only allocate at the last minute.
You could contact Global Resort homes and ask them.

I had a quick look at their front door on street view and the lock box is there along with what looks like an emergency phone number.

The office probably doesn't close until 6pm, so highly likely you'll be away with your keys before that and not need to use the box.

Yes I’ve done the street view, even noted the phone number on their vehicles
I did email them, but no reply

I’ll just have to put my trust in TUI

It might be that TUI give you the door codes and you'll only need to visit global to register the next day.

Depends whether your accommodation is keyless or not.

In and out of the office in 5 mins with keys or codes 😊 , can park outside right near the outback and tgis too
