TUI Cancellations until end of November

Refund came through today onto our credit card. Maybe Virgin should take a leaf out of their book, never thought I'd get refunded for our September holiday before the April one.

We received our refund today for our Sept flight. No contact from Tui, just refunded straight to our credit card. We really can’t complain at the service we’ve received.

Same we just looked and found that TUI Have deposited the money back into our account 👍😊

I've just checked and the money for our October flights has been refunded without me having to contact them.

So yes, we've had no contact at all since the cancellation email.. Checked today and the money has been refunded to credit card on the 9th (also I had spent £108 on my debit for booking the seats and that has been refunded too)
