BC Complaint help, here now.

Unless everything, and I mean everything, was packed up in bags I would have been furious if someone had moved my belongings from one room to another without my permission.

And if I were you I would be making the new occupants of the room know how they've been fobbed off with broken beds by the management.

Oooh thats just what I love, we were at AKL & I had to get DH to haul me up, love it like being a child again & so so comfortable

Such a shame you did not accept AKL the refurb rooms are amazing & so comfortable, can you ask to be moved there or is it too late?
