Well that's weird because I didnt put my claim in until about 10am because it kept kicking me out! This whole process makes no sense!

We haven’t heard anything yet. We were due to fly out next August and didn’t fill in the application on the first day so not expecting to hear anything just yet.

Never heard a peep from them,I was kind of hoping for my refund before we fly in December, but I doubt it.I have a feeling we'll still be waiting well into next year.

We just got a reference number not been asked for any other information. We rebooked the early hours of the morning TC went bust with Jet2holidays same holiday same price. I was hoping to get the refund before Xmas so I can get my Euros

Fingers crossed we hear something soon 🙂

I havent heard anything when I emailed them they told me to wait at least 60 days

Absolutely zip here too. Very, very frustrating...

I called them this week to query. They advised that claimants will receive an email requesting proof of payments and booking which they’ll use to review. I asked them to send me the email but they couldn’t so it is still just a waiting game.

I submitted on the 7th Oct also...

We were on holiday on the 7th so didn't claim until the 11th. I haven't heard anything at all, not even a confirmation email I took a note of the reference number, but nothing else. should i reapply ?

They said at least 60 days from date of claim. I applied on first day but won’t chase it up until 60 days have passed.

I was also concerned by the lack of any acknowledgement so thought I should reapply to be on the safe side When I tried, the system just said at the end that that a claim had already been submitted for that booking.
