or, roast lamb and mint sauce so the mint sauce soaks through the bread and it looks like you have moldy butties, my fav childhood sandwich.. sigh... anyone got a leg of lamb to throw my way!

My favourites are bacon, lettuce & tomato with plenty mayo on lightly toasted bread
 Cheese & thinly sliced onion on brown/wholemeal bread Salad with spring onion, sliced boiled eggs & mayo on brown/wholemeal, I usually don’t bother with any meat on that one I love it as it is

Fresh sliced tomatoes, straight from the greenhouse, warm and fragrant, with a sprinkle of salt and a turn of freshly cracked black pepper.
Makes my mouth water to think of it - a real taste of summer. |
