Can anyone recommend a VPN that will allow me to download US tv programmes please ?

Are they legal (I don’t want to land myself in trouble !).

Linda, my “friend” uses this one. Had it for a few years and always worked perfectly
I’m not sure if it’s legal as she doesn’t understand these things but I think someone on here said it’s fine

Just avoid the Free VPNs lots of reports of them collecting and selling personal data, or making your equipment vulnerable, etc.

Go with one of the established paid VPNs

ive been with nordvpn the last few years and happy with the service/speed most of the time. if you pay for 3 years and use code "voucher75off" it costs £82.81 (£27.60 pa or £2.30 pm)

If the TV program is not available originally where the other person is then it almost certainly won't be legal to download it, although most people conveniently forget
or not care about this point.

I've been looking for a vpn for the past few weeks and it is a lot of money in one hit for three years especially as I don't know if I need it , what exactly do they offer aside from watching Netflix Canada or wherever for a month or so?

My understanding is that using a VPN to connect to a network in a different country is not in itself illegal however what you do when you have that connection may be.
