Currently been waiting 3 hrs 22 minutes to speak to someone about linking account 🙄

I’m booked for Oct, am hoping it’s cancelled but as BA haven’t offered vouchers past Aug yet I’m stuck just now. Paid in full as well. On Monday I’ll book parks as per my original plan but will just take what I can get - hopefully I will get 😄 None of my plan makes any difference now as no EMH and my ADRs were cancelled.

Just off the phone to Disney via callback, & the CM told me Wednesday for 2021 bookings & it’ll be for UK only. I told her I wasn’t linked yet as just rebooked last week & if there was no availability left for parks by the time I am linked, she said park tickets don’t guarantee entry but we’d look at amending your booking again if that happens 😩🤯😳

Oh my! It’s awfully confusing and stressful!
Who knows when my booking will link! If there are no park days left then we will just cancel.

We have friends who are booked in a villa August 2021, when can they book the parks ?
I am not even sure they have tickets yet

I think its nuts what they are doing, they are going to cause the whole website to crash

if they just made a simple announcement along the lines of. park reservations will be open at 60 or 90 days before your holiday it would mean a more staggered approach to the system

Personally I think this is all a joke Disney are leaping from one idea to another with no plan other than to try and pull in as much cash as they can as early as they can.

So anyone had confirmation or otherwise on this 60 day thing ? I've read it in other threads but definitely not the way I read the announcement ! It's going to be carnage! It's going to be worse than the ADR system with Guests hedging their bets & booking more than they need & cancelling last minute.
To the poster that said about doing half days, I don't think that it would matter if it's half or full, it would be impossible to manage unless you literally had guests queuing at the gate & a 1 out 1 in system plus what happens if you want to go back IYKWIM
The info drip feed has been pretty poor, imagine my surprise when I heard on Dis Vlog that AKL isn't opening! When were they going to tell us ?

Email I received at 7pm this evening clearly says

"Since you’re an existing ticket holder with a Disney Resort or other select hotel reservation, we’re giving you access to the Disney Park Pass system beginning June 22nd."

Last 24 hours been spent replanning and having second plan in case water parks available again. Going September so semi hoping be cancelled but we will make most of trip if still goes ahead.
