It wasn’t communicated well but I Absolutely agree, it was always going to be all or nothing! - Not everyone is a Disney holidaymaker whom flies to Florida.

Seems like Tui have been very responsible to me. They could have waited for government advice before making any decisions which would make it harder for their customers to make sensible decisions and get their money back. Feel bad for anyone that has their plans affected but I'd be pointing my finger at Trump and Boris long before Tui - they are one of the decent companies out there. If they go under, your holiday prices go up 20-30% for the next few years.

We rebooked on Wednesday as we where not happy about going in September, this cost us an additional £150, gutted that if we had waited a few days we would have saved a good bit of money 😕

Flight only 24th September Bristol

I pretty much knew the flights would get cancelled but I had no notification from Tui🙄 when I enter my Tui app yesterday I had my holiday count I could amend seats etc but now our booking details have vanished🙄
It would of been nice for Tui to update my booking with some kinda of polite message of cancellation? Anyone not had any notifications at all?

I booked our flights out of Manchester iin October online. I could see our booking on the TUI site yesterday but was not able to actually view or alter anything. It just said to contact store.

I have had no notifications either.
