I cancelled all of ours (we had 3 bookings as we were going with various family members) The only thing I have received were revised invoices with the 35% discount on them. Not sure if I should call Disney or not as I know they're probably inundated with calls.

All bookings are still showing in MDE but I didn't take screenshots of the cancellations so I have back up

I cancelled back when we had the option to, but didnt take a screenshot, and my August booking is still showing when I log in.
Does this sound right?

I had three bookings for December. Two of them were hotel only though and they didn’t have the online options to select. So I selected that I would like a refund for the one that was a package, it still has not been cancelled or refunded.

I emailed about the other two and they were cancelled and refunded within a day or two. I might email about the one that is still there soon.

I cancelled on the 12th. No refund. I received an amended invoice with the 35% on it and today I received an email saying I could book dining :/

I was exactly the same though only had tickets, I phoned yesterday, they didn't have a record of my cancellation. Nice helpful lady Jaylene did the cancellation sent me an email recording the cancellation but said it would be 15 days at least for a refund.

Tickets have now disappeared from MMB and I am happy they know I am canceling them as I have the email. Now I will just wait!

Exactly what I did, got no cancellation email etc that's why I phoned. They didn't have my cancellation and she did it while I was on the phone, I got a cancellation email while she was on the phone and now have to wait for a refund.

I'm sure mine didn't go through originally, now it's gone on MDE etc.
