Netflights changing dates?

Just wondering if anyone has tried to change their dates on Virgin flights booked through Netflights rather than getting a refund? If it�s possible I�d be more inclined to do that than wait months for my money back.

Hi I did this and I was no problem at all. Biggest prob was getting through to them! It did take a good couple of hours waiting in phone q! I had seen flights I wanted to change to through netflights on skyscanner and I think they were more or less similar to what I had paid, they swapped them no problem. I was originally going in October and have changed to May.

I just had notification of refund today. should be with me in 7 days. I cancelled my november flight via netflights, claiming airport change was a major change and entitled for refund so fingers crossed after a recommendation on here. I also had notification of bubble refund in 14 working days and today is day 13 so watching with anticipation!
