No it’s for all bookings the date being they are released today, so if you are dvc or staying onsite regardless when you booked you can choose ( although not showing on mde yet)

I've seen it stated on a few different blogs etc that it is only for new bookings from today, existing reservations cannot do it at the moment.

There are also quite a few comments on these blogs that state that it will be offered to everyone so long as it’s before Their customisation window ends, so it’s a case of waiting and see.
