Universal Passholder Appreciation Days

Just been looking on the universal website and came across the page in the link below.

It starts on the 13th August for 7 weeks and includes the following:

A passholder exclusive night at Universal on Sunday 26th August from 8pm-midnight, you need to register from 10am at the front entrance and it says it is first come first served and limited access.

Early entry (1 hour before opening) at both IOA and Universal on the following dates:

Power and Seasonal Passholder Valid Dates:
Aug. 13-17, 20-24, 27-31
Sep. 4-7, 10-14, 17-21, 24-28

Premier and Preferred Passholder Valid Dates:
Aug. 13-Sep. 30

A bonus for Power and Seasonal passholders is 10% off all universal owned and operated restaurants in the parks and citywalk.
15% off coke freestyle cups and $1 off refill days.

Unfortunately we fly back on Passholder exclusive day

Which restaurants are owned by universal in citywalk? We arrive on the 13!

We’ve done this the last two years, this years offering doesn’t seem as good to me.

No prebooking for the event is new, with the amount of people that were there waiting for entry last year and how many I saw online that couldn’t get tickets, I imagine there will be a lot of people there to register and maybe they’ll have higher numbers allowed in.

The passholder event night last year was great, until the storm set in and we were trapped at the back of the park. Had a great time until then though and would do it again.

No buy one get one on the dining plans this year, we’ve made good use of those the last two years as bought extras to use on the next visits as they don’t expire.

I have been trying to find this out but cannot find a list anywhere, I tweeted Universal earlier and the answer I got was to ask when first you go into the restaurant, not a lot of help really that answer.

There’s a universal passholder Facebook group, try asking on there, I’ve found it very helpful.

Thanks, I have just requested to join, it's only 10% but if it's somewhere we are planning to go we may as well take advantage of it.

I’m a member and people have been asking the same question there! Nobody seems to have any definite answers. I go on the 13th-17th, so will report back when I’m there.

Thanks, we are there 10th-18th so will try and find out from guest services before the 13th and report back as well.

That's good news that early entry is both parks on some dates. We have the hotel early entry but that is Universal only the dates we are there.

For the restauants I know we got the 10% off at cowfish and margaritaville when we had the dearer annual pass a few years ago so hoping the 10% for seasonal passholders will work there too but agree it could be clearer.
