Drive or Take Shuttle Bus to Legoland - what is easier?

Hi, we are planning a day at Legoland Florida during our stay. We are staying Formosa Gardens Kissimmee. We will have a rental car, however I see Legoland do a shuttle bus which leaves from I-Drive 360 (8350 Universal Boulevard). This is our very first trip to Orlando so really not sure what to expect in terms of driving around (although by this stage we will have already negotiated the drive from the airport -eeek). I am wondering what the drive to Legoland is like. Will it be easy enough to take the car or would it be easier to drive to I-Drive 360 then use the shuttle bus?

It's such an easy drive. Nothing like driving to disney or universal. Couple of straight roads.
