I always get excited when I smell andrex bottom wipes. In fact I might take a packet on the plane with me in case I need a sniff.

I suffer from general anxiety in and off, and can feel very nauseous. I use an mindfulness app and it really helps me with my breathing and this in turn helps with the nausea.
Has your dd tried anything like that? If so it could help a little.
I think if your dd is so bad with flying I would look into a cbt course before another holiday is booked. If it helps it would mean less worrying for you too.

Bless her, I hope you get something sorted for her, if there is no joy from the GP maybe the pharmacist can help and just tell her they are a new improved diazepam. Good luck.
