Sad for DH. Just a little update.

Poor DH has been diagnosed with motor neurons disease. Tragic as he is only 62.
All fits into place now as in the last few weeks he has lost all mobility and his breathing is terrible.
Anyways the staff at the Walton Centre are terrific and he is getting the best of care. X

sending you massive hugs and so sorry to hear that. My dad had MND and I remember what a shock and worry the initial diagnosis was. Sounds like you are getting great care, all the best and it is a very variable disease so try not to google to much !

Our big problem at the moment is how to tell DD. She lives in London and was very involved when DH health went downhill a few weeks ago. However that caused her a lot of stress and she has no plans to visit soon.
I don't think I can tell her by phone!

So sorry to hear his diagnosis 😕. I’m sorry to say that having to tell you DD over the phone is the only way, if she isn’t planning on visiting anytime soon.

I am so sorry to hear this.
I really hope that your DH gets the care he needs and that you and your daughter get the support you need too.

So very sorry to hear of your dh diagnosis,you must both be shell shocked.glad to hear you are getting support.telling dd will be hard however it happens,maybe invite her to visit so you can be together when you tell her?
