Yes not sure if its changed now but originally I couldnt get ANY tickets unless I changed the date.
I'd been on chat just before I ordered and they told me to do this then they would amend the order and sent etickets anyway. Why you can't just order them directly I don't know? Anyway, I've got all etickets now so its all sorted. My issues was, before I ordered they told me to do this. After I'd ordered they lost interest, no-one did the manual amendment as promised, and it took me days to get any sense that no I didn't want tickets posted me and that they'd promised to sort this. They did sort it but it was hassle I could do without. |

I'm so confused about what the issue is. Perhaps you were a little stressed when writing your thread, but I'm sorry you're having issues and hope you get it sorted.
Editing to say I've now read all the posts and think I understand. Perhaps make sure that when you explain the issue to floridatix you've get all the details down clearly so they understand what the issue is. You mentioned you have to explain 10 times what it was, I do wonder if that's becuase they weren't clear either.

Yeah, I can see that it was the fact that they lost interest and messed up the order after you had ordered the tickets that was your issue.
Anyway, glad to see that they've now sorted the problem and sent you etickets. They finally got there in the end.

I've dealt with FloridaTix before and never had any issues. They also do e-tickets, which are better.

Not sure why they even needed to do anything unless you were trying to order tickets literally days before travel. Much like having to sort out a covid pass as well...

If you put the Seaworld 3-Park tickets into the same 'basket' as the Universal tickets, then I suspect it won't allow you to select the etickets option. Because some of the tickets in your basket can't be sent as etickets.
If you'd done them separately then I suspect the Universal tickets could've been sent separately as etickets. But not the Seaworld tickets.
