Obviously risks stranding you in USA.
These idiots just want to kill off the tourist industry it seems, as this is what it will do.
What more will be brought in, in the coming weeks?
Dammed if you do dammed if you don’t they are following sage advice and I suspect that killing off the tourist industry is not the reason for this.

Yet another level of testing. To be honest I'm lost with it. It just feels like a money making machine really. Adds another level of risk. It's here already ao not sure what's to be gained really. Travel industry being hammered again

I’m so glad we’ve postponed our trip now, my stress and anxiety levels would have been through the roof with all these changes!

I’ve literally just spent £350 on tests and now it looks like I’ve got to organise more. It really is ruining the build up to my holiday. I understand all the precautions but it’s frustrating to say the least

I can see the point in testing before travelling, what I can’t fathom is the need for a PCR by day 2 after arriving. Be interesting to see what test is acceptable and how long “temporary” is. At this rate we’ll be payout best part of £600 as a family on tests!

The right travel insurance too... it's now a huge risk spending time in crowded parks before travelling home with what sounds like an incredibly transmissible variant. Just feels a little bit like it's for the wrong reasons. It's already here
