Awesome! I sent them a message last night and they asked for screen shots so maybe that’s something to do with it.

Is the May one appearing now?

Let’s just hope Covid sorts itself out now!

we were booked to go to Florida On Sept 25th , we had an email from TUI today stating that the flight is cancelled and they have automatically booked us on one for the 2nd. We also have the options of changing it free to any date or a refund of the deposit.
As everything is so uncertain we are opting for the refund as I have already moved this twice and TBH I don't want to play the will we/ won't we game any more.
They said they will call us in a few days time so we will see what happens then.

What will happen should be extraordinarily simple. They refund you within 7 working days or you go down S75 with your Credit card. That is not an acceptable failure to provide the service.

I don’t know if we were lucky, but I rang on the 22nd jan for our refund & it was there within 24 hours. 👍

I now see all flights from BRS before May have disappeared from the flight timetable. Still heard nothing on the 22/05 flight that I am allegedly on!
