I’ve booked direct with TUI and now in limbo. I get the same story everyone relays on here, I’m furious with them and will never book with them again, and doubt I will ever book flight only again

I'm really sorry, this is horrible for you and your family. Your only recompense is to never use them again and book next time with a more reputable level supplier.

I don’t mind if TUI cancel it because of COVID demand I really don’t. What is getting to me is taking them off sale and then claiming they are going ahead as usual - with no explanation as to what’s really going on.

We have BRS - SFB holiday booked for 07/08 and can see that the date is now not available. I chatted with TUI via Twitter and they said the same thing, everything is showing as on schedule.

So much confusion. We are booked for September, I guess I expected things to be sorted out by then I booked for 11th but it’s only showing Friday 10th. Guess time will tell.

Are you premium or economy Steve? We are PRemium so can only see that cabin in as far as seating. Can you see economy cabin? |
