Dole Whip copycat recipe

Haven't tried this, just saw it on FaceBook, not even sure if I'm allowed to post, but thought if it works was too good not to share Fingers crossed it does resemble the real thing!

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cup frozen pineapple (ideally Dole brand)
• 1/3 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
• 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon lime juice
• 1 pinch salt
• Pineapple slices, for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

• In a food processor, add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, sugar, lemon juice, lime juice, and salt. Blend ingredients until smooth and there are no more pineapple chunks, about 3-5 minutes.
• Serve Dole whip immediately in festive glasses with straws or dessert spoons. If you’d like whip to be firmer, freeze for 30 minutes, then serve.

I've made this at home with a similar recipe and it came out pretty good. The texture wasn't quite right but the taste wasn't far off!
