Well done to your son he's done so well... Are you going to reward his efforts when he's hit his target? He's done so well as have you supporting him I think you both deserve a little treat... Doesn't have to be something to eat lol, maybe an activity together you'll both enjoy xx

Thank you, yes we are going on holiday to visit family and his nan has promissed him some money,bribery can work wonders🤣🤣. I have told him he can chose what he would like to do.

Yes it is vey hard. It took me a long time just making small changes to start with but when i explained that it needed to be done he had a meltdown and said i was horrible calling him fat(i never used that word) and he was going to die because i was starving him😣 that was very hard for me but felt i needed to stick to it so everything he was eating was written down with the calories. My brother had just been told he had type 2 dibeties(sorry cannot spell&#128513 so he was losing weight that spured DS on as he wanted to lose more than his uncle and of course me. Hang on in there, just try small changes first. I started with bread by puttjng it in the freezer so he just could not make himself a sanwjch when he wanted it. Good luck.

Thanks-ds can't even make a sandwich on his own so no chance of that! It's more that's he's constantly hungry and has a very restricted diet

Oh, i know how difficult it can be. Not saying its the same with you but i find when my DS is board it's when i have to watch him as he says he is hugary. Sending you ((((hugs)))) as j know its difficult.
