Mobile Confused...do I need a park hopper ticket?

We are here at Disney at the minute and planned to do a water park in the morning, just got some last minute fast passes for MK in the late afternoon, would I need a park hopper with my Disney ultimate 14 day pass to access both parks on the same day?

With 14 day ultimates you can do park hopping and waterparks all in one day. No need for anything extra

As Skye63 said, you can do park hopping and the water parks all in one day as the Disney 14 Day Ultimate gives you unlimited admission into the parks [park hopping included with ticket].

The 14-Day Ultimate tickets already include park hopping and access to the waterparks. Hence, why they are call "ultimate" tickets.

So you don't need anything extra - you can go to a waterpark in the morning and MK in the afternoon/evening with your Ultimate tickets.

As people have said, your 14 day ultimate tickets give you ultimate freedom and access to everything. You could visit all 4 parks and 2 waterparks on one day if you really wanted to!

Don't forget that you also get a free round of mini golf every day before 4pm (although some have reported being allowed to play later) at Winter/Summerland (at the entrance to Blizzard Beach) and Fantasia (near the Swan/Dolphin hotels).
