Last Day- New Years Day

Our last day is New Years Day. We have an 8pm flight.
We will be in Magic Kingdom until 1am the night before.
Any suggestions on what to do on last day? Go back to a park, or find somewhere and take it easy? I have Boathouse reservations for lunch but we have several hours to kill.

We got a late check out till 1pm. You have to be at the airport 3 hours before your flight, so you need to be there for 5. With having your lunch booked at the Boathouse you wont have that much time to kill.
We got picked up by MDE 3 hours and 40 minutes before our flight. We had a meal in the airport before going through security, this took 40 minutes.
