Dream Halloween cruise

Hi

We're doing a 3 night Dream cruise for Halloween, can I ask do people dress up, including adults? I have a great Cruella look, but don't want to if I'm going to look crazy!

Also, do they have a pirate night on the Halloween cruise? We've been on the Magic and Wonder loads and they've changed to Frozen in the last few years, and we miss Pirate night!

Thanks

Hiya

I'm doing a Dream next year for Halloween and its very exciting.

From what I've read, yes lots of people (including adults) dress up so you wont look out of place.

On the 3 night I believe they combine Pirate night and Halloween night together. Here's a recent link to a navigator so you can see - disneycruiselineblog/201...tober-12-2018/

I'm doing a 4 night and on that they separate out the two so I believe.

oh and in terms of the Magic and Wonder, the Frozen nights haven't fully replaced Pirates it just depends where you are sailing. Europe and Alaska both have issues with fireworks in terms of where they can set them off so therefore they don't have pirate night in these locations. They do however still do it elsewhere such as on the Transatlantic cruises

Thank you everyone.

I'll pack the pirate stuff and the fancy dress!

First time on the Dream, we always do two week European ones, although last year we did Alaska, so it's all new to us, I couldn't believe everything was booked up so early too, it will be interesting to see the difference.

Do you know if we still get the Castaway Club gifts on a short cruise? and is the Gold gift still the shoulder bag?

Thanks again

You do still get a Castaway Club gift, we are only silver and it was a shoulder bag waiting on the bed for us and then a gift bag with popcorn and ricecrispie treats appeared one night.

We were on a Halloween cruise this September. We dressed up for the Halloween (adults and children)and then changed the children with us into pirate costumes for later. First time on a Halloween and pirate cruise and found many more dressed up for the Halloween than the pirate. Great fun.
We are gold members and this year received sort of backpacks with a single strap. Came in useful on castaway cay.
